NECA continues to roll out the exclusives for this year’s San Diego Comic Con, and the latest is an action figure three-pack from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This set includes three of the villainous robotic Mousers, plus a display base that includes a special San Diego manhole cover. The exclusive set will be available directly from NECA at the SDCC.
